Experimenting with a bit of BX - Brand Experience thinking with Mainstage, an event discovery and ticketing platform, focused on making the lives of consumers and event organisers easier with a simple-to-use platform.
BX consists of thinking of the emotional and tangible experiences that customers will have before, during and after engagement. I have to say - this is lots of fun!
