Logo | Josh Strasshofer Design

My personal logo was a challenge to come up with. How do you brand yourself according to everything you're able to create and provide as a graphic designer? I essentially boiled it down to my German-esque attention to detail and my fascination with circles. My logo is a recreated German blackletter "S" (Strasshofer is as German as a last name can get 😝) that I remade out of circles. This "S" is then juxtaposed upon a halftone of the same shape with two circles at its points, comprising my mark. My fascination with circles extends to matters of science, spirituality, and unification, however, one phrase has always stood out to me from a band called mewithoutyou. "All circles presuppose they'll end where they begin but only in their leaving can they ever come back round." We all start and end at the same place mortally but it's our journey that brings us back to where we started. I'm excited about my journey! 🙌🏽🤗
