User Registration

Proposed redesign for our registration form. I'm striving to make forms with good UX and beautiful. It's not easy when you have to battle the marketing department in required fields they think should be included. This redesign cuts out 14 inputs or actions (from 23 to 9) required by the user to input their information to us.
