Designing the user experience of NanoAddress

NanoAddress was designed to make finding places easier. However, after a heuristic evaluation, we realized using this app was anything but easy! Several features were not intuitive leading to text heavy pop-ups for every interface. Performing simple tasks were extremely frustrating. The term ‘NanoAddress’, a new concept was not explained even once - uh-oh. We stepped in and made the entire interface intuitive, reducing the length of each work flow and reinvented the user experience to really make finding places, easier.
