March Breakscreen Idea

Imagine this but the background is a video or something. This design is pretty simple but when actually building it will let me learn some stuff for a more complicated future project.

I totally see this being the March redesign since this base provides clear ways to adapt on screen elements like the top right bit for announcements and some kind of overall pull for alerts.
