Specter Layout Builder

This is my attempt at a clean layout builder to rapidly prototype common sections of websites. It allows you to drag and drop sections in a page stack and export the html/css. When it's done it should be very handy. I know there are quite a few competitors in this space, but I feel like with the right design it can hopefully help some people.
