Degenerate Art

In 1937 hitler opened up an art exhibit called Entartete Kunst which translates to Degenerate Art. This exhibit showcases works of art from the expressionism movement , the movement that hitler hated and banned it in Nazi Germany. He tried to control culture and with it destroyed many artists lives like Ernst Ludwig Kirchner who committed suicide. Controlling of the culture and changing the perspectives of creatives lead to the massive rage of the Nazi party During World War Two. Today we have degenerate politics because these ideologies are well alive and are back with a vengeance.
