You learn from them, as much as they learn from you

I recently talked about '5 things I learned as a mentor (and how to get started)' at a PechaKucha event in Manchester.

I wanted to convey my experiences of mentoring as a journey, and referenced travel themes throughout my slides. However, in this particular slide, I wanted to use the theme of cogs.
