Giving feedback is hard

I recently talked about '5 things I learned as a mentor (and how to get started)' at a PechaKucha event in Manchester.

I wanted to convey my experiences of mentoring as a journey, and referenced travel themes throughout my slides. In this particular slide, I wanted to show that giving feedback is difficult, and it could be like climbing a mountain!
