One of the challenges for applying for loans is the compiling and sending documents to lenders. For Fundera, on average, we help our customers collect at most 3-4 document types to apply for Term Loans and Lines of Credit. However, as we begin to explore adding SBA loans as a core offering, average document requirements have jumped up to 23+.
This is the first iteration to accommodate this dramatic jump in requirements. It utilizes most of the same interactions I've previously designed including indicators of completion, ability to drag&drop, ability to switch requirement fulfillment (upload, complete and sign, or connecting a 3rd party service), bird's eye view of documents list, and zoomed in document requirement details. The newest addition as we begin to explore other tech improvements is adding a sticky nav to give you a further high-level view of Document sections of related documents to quickly navigate through the massive list of documents.
