International Women's Day

Over the past few years, I have become intensely aware that I am a woman.

In tech.

In my day to day.

At work.

In the world.

Everywhere.

It’s fucking unfortunate that in 2018 we are still dealing with this utter nonsense. No one person has the right to tell me what I can and can’t do with my body but me. No one has the right to treat me as lesser than my male counterparts and coworkers.

It makes me angry. Oh. So. Angry.

And I have started to own that anger. I am strong. I am independent. And to be quite honest, I don’t give a fuck anymore.

Come at me.
