Practice Daily Gratitude

I've started working on actively practicing gratitude on a daily basis, thinking to myself and also expressing what I am grateful for and why to others. I've found it's helped with stress and strengthened my relationships. Eventually I'd like to start doing a small daily gratitude drawing every day as a visual reminder and diary of things I am thankful for.

Gratitude is a hand lettered type treatment.
