Product Experience Suggestion for RTR

I have a UX theory I practice when designing products I like to call the Product Experience Loop. At the heart of my theory checking to ensure you've closed that loop; in other words, what is your user's true last touchpoint with your product and how can you make your last impression a lasting (and positive) one?

Though my process has always been an internal standard in my work, I recently wrote about it and applied to Rent the Runway's app because I think they're missing a component that would really enhance the UX: a UPS dropbox finder and reminder feature. I also mocked up what this feature could look like because it made my little nerdy design heart happy and also secretly hope Jennifer Hyman will consider implementing đŸ˜‹
