As a designer you:

• have a lean approach to research & experience design
• collaborative in defining products & enjoy co-designing
• base your decisions on data, user-testing & observations
• adopt a design system based approach in your work
• excel at design for native iOS/Android or responsive web
• love sharing work with the team, users & clients

We’re keen to meet people with proven design experience working in, or across, any of these domains:

• customer-driven retail and e-commerce
• personal and commercial banking, finance and fintech
• designing with big data, data visualisation and analytics

TAB is a mobile-first agency, so excellence in designing for native platforms and/or responsive web – ideally both – is key. You will also be hungry, looking to grow further and master your skills across these, as well as other, emerging platforms and domains.

If you are a T-shaped designer, excelling in experience (UX) or visual (UI) design, but you also enjoy crossing the streams whenever you can, we'd love to hear from you.
