Inclusion Rider

After Frances McDormand's acceptance speech last night I was frantically googling what an inclusion rider was and got this. "It stipulates that in small and supporting roles, characters should reflect the world we live in. That includes 50% gender parity, 40% inclusion for people of color, 5% L.G.B.T.Q., and 20% disabled." Okay, I'm on board 🙌
