Cleaning Service Redesign

I've been working in Cleaning Service redesign. This company based in Astana and site has bad conversion. There were very few orders because user don't understand how to order cleaning.
I tried to find a simple way to have the main form on the homepage right away to minimize the number of clicks as most users enter the site with some intention of purchasing services.
Also I divided the process into 3 steps.
