Micro insurances website - Basic animation

Hey guys! Here's a small animation of a project that I'm currently working in.
This is the header for a 'micro insurance' website that I'm designing at the moment. The company that I'm building this for, has tons of small services, which their users are completely unaware of. Since insurance companies, specially here in LATAM are still a pretty bureaucratic, heavy, corporate world to explore, I'm working closely with them in order create a lightweight experience for the customers, and so, this whole aesthetic was born.
