Look Up for Windows & Linux

This is an Look Up version for Windows & Linux users, hopefully I will build this as an chrome extension!!!

A Windows user friend of mine spends a lot of his time reading online. Whenever he reads a new word, for finding it's meaning, he has to go through a big route of Double clicking the word to select it > Right clicking to get chrome menu > and then click on "search Google for " > at last a new tab is opened and he get's the meaning
How much time & cognitive energy is being wasted for such a simple thing, which osX does very well with their native built in Look Up feature. So my proposal to is to build an chrome extension that helps such users to easily find the meaning of words with such selecting the word and also as a bonus, they can't only get meaning of words but know about people's that they don't know.
