Bremer is a property management company in Vienna. When you say "property management" you mostly think of dusty paperwork and harsh rules that apply to cases that are oftenly bothering necessities. With this brand identity we positioned "Bremer" as the young, vibrant team that they are. They shed their old skin, show that they have talents on multiple levels, they love diversity, and they love to connect with people to be part of their life. "Bremer" actively wants to improve living in their supported houses, and be a friend like companion for owners and tenants.
