One thing that I appreciated about this project was having the time to think not just about the MVP, but also about phase 2, 3, and on. We planned for where we wanted to take the product long term, and scoped it down to increments that would validate hypotheses about the needs, use-fullness, and engagement along the way.

This is a look at the therapist dashboard. We knew that analytics would be important in communicating the value of the platform to new therapists, but also knew that it wasn't part the core functionality that we needed to deliver early to make the product effective and prove the business case.
