Robot Octopus (2018 rebrand)

I've had two portfolios for a long long time. I guess its that a lot of my more silly stuff doesn't fit into my design portfolio. Or... something. So there's ThomasGatewood.com for my Visual/Product Design work, and RobotOctopus.com for any of my art/doodle stuff.

Anyway, RobotOctopus is a place/name I've used for my art projects for the past decade- and for some reason I started to work on a rebrand yesterday. It's far from done and admittedly looks a little bit too much like the Pi symbol, but wanted to share anyway! Probably going to test an uppercase R in the same style, but I think the overlap/tentacle is easier to define on the lowercase r.
