Twelve Twenty-one Productions Logo

The client pulls inspiration for her company name from her birthday. 12/21/78 happens to also be the winter solstice, the longest night of the year. She wanted the logo to feel tied to the night and to the date in some way but not make it too literal. In this version, I have set the type to say the company name while the typical slashes that separate the numbers of the written date (ie __/__/__) so that they add visual interest and unify the type as a mark. Any feedback here is helpful.
