BW Bluewave

I'm working on a fun side project, rebranding our neighborhood swim team. The team is the BlueWave and our neighborhood name also has the initials BW, so in previous years we'd even do BWBW as the abbreviation. I think there's more room to play with how the BW is used, either twice or as a combination here: BW for neighborhood, BLUEWAVE for team so that the team name is the primary focus.

I'm still in the early stages of exploration here. I'm riffing off some beach/surf/outdoor branding styles such as RVCA as well as looking at DEUS and other Draplin-inspired marks. My goal is to give the team a variety of lockups and ideas to run with. I feel like this direction is interesting, but could go further. Colors are FPO (other than blue being the primary brand color).

Definitely open to feedback. More shots to come.
