Punk Rock Pre-Show Clear Vinyl Cover

I envisioned a transparent vinyl sleeve but wanted the transparent component feeling natural and logical to the design. The first thing I did was to take the image, from modgirlclo, and altered the photograph to resemble an oil painting. I decided to make the paint strokes and title a separate layer after I realized I liked the cover with and without them.
