Iterations are always helpful, no?

I realized that the previous iteration of the landing screen was not intuitive enough and a bit cluttered, there was information overload for the user as he landed on this screen. I tried to get rid of the dropdowns and hide some actions for the user in the floating button.

I am still working on the designs of this project, so any kind of feedback would be much appreciated!
