Think I Can

Not sure why dribbble is still a thing because...Instagram:

But...
I’m convinced that most people know exactly what they need to do to get to where they want to go. But they run in circles wasting their time and energy in trying to find an easier way to get there.

Or, they are fighting an inner battle that tells them they’re not good, smart, or worthy enough to achieve their goal.

Both the internal and external hurdles have a solution. Work. Setting a goal and pushing toward it solves the inner battle. Making slow incremental progress (Kaizen) brings them closer to achieving their external goal.

If our emotions influence or motions (actions). It inverse must also be true. That, our motions (actions) influence our emotions.

Once we start pumping our legs and moving toward a goal, our emotions and attitudes will begin to find/make ways to achieve our goals.

Once we start believing in the possibility of success in achieving a goal, unseen forces come to our aid. Work makes measurable results.

It makes me remind myself: Nothing bad happens when I push myself toward a goal, nothing good happens when I don’t.

I Think I Can.
