Residence Inn concept
Challenge: As the hospitality world continues to move towards more digital signage and virtual concierges, Residence Inn was unsure how their extended stay property would be able to leverage this technology and keep up to best serve their guests.
Outcome: I worked with the Residence Inn team to explore the individual needs of their end users, which ultimately revolved around social interaction and discovering things to do on property and nearby on any given day. The presented solution took an at-a-glance calendar approach to give users the details they needed to start making plans.
