[WIP] Homemade Bokeh

If you ever want to do something super-relaxing, just create your own bokeh background.

This was created for a backlit trade booth (and is HUGE!). The semi-symmetry/faint dividing gradient in the center is purposefully there for the layout of the content that goes on top. It's supposed to be vaguely Venn Diagram-ish.
