What's your pronoun?

In true anti-dribbble style, I decided my first upload shouldn't include any long drop shadow, bright colors, or beautiful illustrations.

Instead, I wanted to show off an idea for how we're working ot make our software more inclusive at Joy (www.hellojoy.ai). It seems almost impulsive at this point to ask for gender during a sign-up flow. Typically, companies aren't very flexible with the options. Why not ask for pronoun if that's all it's being used for?
