Leadbase | CRM

Leadbase is a telesales management system that allows sales companies to organise, track and manage leads.

My role when working on the project was UX/UI Designer. I created user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and UI for the system, along with usability documentation.

Previously the company used a paper system with all this information stored in boxes, we decided it was much more efficient and sustainable to create a web app to handle the workload.
