YouTube Scrolling Interaction

I think the scroll interaction of the YouTube View page really needs an update. When I am watching a video, I should be able to scroll through suggested content on the right sidebar without losing the view of the current video. Also, I really hate it when I'm reading the comments and the video player disappears.

So made a quick prototype in #Flinto (and Sketch).

Microsoft Edge has part of this feature built-in the browser. A lot of other sites already adapted this interaction. It would be great if YouTube had this feature!
