I just learned about this contest today, so I decided to do it all at once instead of overthinking it.

Yes, it's literally an S that's been tilted, but it also implies the round trip interplanetary travel that is central to the brief. I tried to make it sleek without being too premium. Lots of fun - definitely going to be exploring more work like this regardless of its success in the contest.
