Landing Page Design

Today, companies are crowdsourcing and they don't even know it.
Every quarter we'd plan on a new initiative. Q4 of 2017, the team and I strategized to target Crowdsourcing Jobs as a way to get companies to post their sample projects as crowdsourcing competitions.
As lead UX/UI designer this was the landing page design which featured a soft prompt animation to encourage hiring managers to post a job.
