Progressive Web App

In 2013, HeroX was started in a lab at Xprize. By 2016, feature bloat from client requests had taken a toll on their DIY SaaS. Complexity plagued the customer experience.
After conducting customer interviews the discovery was people were overwhelmed with options and nervous the wrong button click might ruin their project.
I was part of the team that set out to distill this enterprise level software down into an easy to use Progressive Web App.
My role on the team was Lead UX/UI Designer.
