True Help: brand mark exploration

LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK:
New brand mark I've been toying with for a client and I've landed on a direction I'm really digging, but need feedback on the opaque vs transparent overlay mainly, but also anything else I may not be seeing at the moment.

Concept: True Help has 4 different areas of Social Security Disability Insurance that they focus & specialize in for customers. Thus, the 4 hand elements overlapping as one unit.

The colors are meant to add a more vibrant, positive feeling to a brand that is helping people thru a negative and difficult time in their life.

That's where I'm at so far. Looking for any feedback: good or bad. Thanks!
