Last week the Gusto design team had a small offsite that we called a "Polish-athon" where we got to hang out and work on ✨polishing✨ features and flows that we thought could be improved. I took a swing at improving our employee and contractor set up experience.

Little things like re-writing copy to be approachable and including links to super-helpful resources can go a long way on flows that are accessed frequently! ✨
