Custom Type

Custom drawn type / word mark for a branding project. The "a" might be a little squashed compared to the "e", what do you guys think? I was trying to go for a square-ish letterform, not sure what the technical term for that is. I know there are tons of type designers on here that have their head in the game way more often then me.
