Landscape Architecture

Sometimes it doesn't go as planned. This was one of those occasions. They were looking for a tag graffiti style but still have legibility to it. It should also communicate that they are a boutique studio. I thought this was it, influenced by roller graffiti and done by hand. I aimed to build a modular logo that would allow the Chinese and Latin characters to swap around both vertically and horizontally. But, that is the way it goes. They are still happy with me to share the work, which is very cool of them.
