Policyholder welcome package

The squad was given a week to answer an open question—how could we improve the experience of receiving physical insurance cards from Root?

This trifold is one of several prototypes that emerged when attempting to find an answer. It includes custom art that visualizes the real data we collected over the course of their test drive, a removable envelope to store their physical proof of insurance, and an NFC membership card that contains the policyholder’s referral link.
