UI Elements

One of my favorite projects I've worked on in a long time is finishing up soon, but I couldn't wait to show some of it.

Over the course of 12 weeks, I designed and developed an interface to search a database of thousands of products. React JS manages the front end interface and PHP is used to pull and store items from a third party API (nightly), while also returning user queries from the database.

The original interface was a poorly thought out iframe that was not mobile friendly and had many avenues to getting the same set of data. Being able to rethink this system and make it a good experience on mobile was extremely satisfying.

I'll be doing a follow up post when the project launches in the next few weeks.
