Personas for UX/UI Project

A few months ago I was responsible for a project in its entirety, conducting user research and redesigning a complex internal application as a contracted UX/UI expert for one of the largest banks in Northern Europe.

While working closely with the development team, I was tasked with creating and handling the user research, as well as translating the findings into wireframes and eventually designing the new UI.

All user data gathered during the research was dealt with anonymously. So, in order to still allow stakeholders and the development team to be able to relate to the user group and bring the abstract quotes and take outs from the research to life, I created these three personas.

Each of these characters represents a certain segment of the user group that was interviewed and represents their behaviour and expectations. The personas allowed us to prioritise features throughout the design and development process.
