Mediatoolkit Edit Global Filters

Hey guys!

Have a taste of the new redesign for filter editing. This is just a small part of possibilities which are going to be even more intuitive. By using the accordion, all unnecessary options are hidden until you need them. By expanding them there are neat new patterns to select excluding and including parameters. This way I solved situations where sometimes you can have both parameters simultaneously and sometimes only one. For those cases I used radio buttons and separate input fields.
Next step - testing :)
