Dog City Concept Art Collaboration

This was concept art that I did with Randy Gaul for an animated feature film in development. I designed, drew and painted the billboards, and designed/drew most of the vehicles and dogs. Randy painted the dogs and vehicles, and designed/drew and painted everything else.
