In Guac We Trust

I work in Minneapolis and have definitely been hit with Super Bowl fever watching all the setup take place! I'm mostly into it for the nachos and a JT halftime show, if we're being completely honest.

I read an article on the MSP Mag site this morning that shared Super Bowl snack recipes from a few local chefs and decided to push the idea a little bit further. In this variation, different nacho submissions would be pitted against each other in a "snack bracket."
