Logo Concept for a Tech Company

Hey Guys,
Here is a logo concept that I am working on for a intelligent chatbot company i.e. Vayo. It is an out of the box approach to represent the brand without going towards the regular chatbox type logos.

The logo represents the brand initials i.e. 'V' and also the tick sign which generates a feel of approved and sense of confidence in the brand's culture.

It is built on two layers overlapping over each other, creating 3 intersecting elements, out of which two have been filled which colors, and one is left with outline.

Would love to hear some feedback for the same.
