Travel UI, South Korea Vol. 1 - Jongno District

Jongno district is one of the oldest areas in Seoul and it is also known as the heart of South Korea. Government agencies, embassies (the U.S., Japan etc), and Korean traditional cultural assets - the royal palace, old town(Bukchon, Insadong) are concentrated in the district.

The main purpose of this concept UI is creating travel page for visitors who want to know more details while they are actually being there. So, when a user tabs the place wants to visit, this UI shows the shortest route and the way to there with direction as well as details about it.

The photos were taken when I visited Korea last year and tried to use my own picture (except the map) instead of stock photos.

A primary color (#50E3C2) was inspired by Korean traditional inlaid celadon porcelain.
