Messages & Questions Module

A perfect example of a module inspired by user feedback.

We realized that our Users used WhatsApp to ask operations related questions. We don't have anything against WhatsApp but felt that a module specifically designed to serve this purpose would go a long way in making Pazo a habit.

The goal of the Messages / Questions was to allow Managers to ask quick questions to a group of Users and then assess those answers individually.
