Career Anxiety

Although this piece is fictitious, this is lately what career applications have turned into.
For the ones that are fortunate enough and worked hard enough to enroll in higher education and able to graduate, means nothing unless there is a career at the end of that tunnel.
We spend countless hours researching companies, fixing up our résumés, cover letters, portfolios, websites etc. yet we are treated like an industrial livestock product.
Intermittently, there will be a unicorn organization that will treat you like an angel. Until you make a mistake in the process, then they'll throw you on the chopping block in seconds.
