Roast and Post e-commerce website redesign
Roast & Post is an ecommerce retailer selling the highest quality, freshly roast coffee. I was tasked with reskinning the existing ecommerce website to reflect the new brand, plus reorganise some of the content to increase conversions.
Key project outcomes:
+ 80% increase in ecommerce conversion rate (8.32% vs 4.6% previously).
- 13% decrease in bounce rate.
+ 15% increase in pages per session.
+ 28% increase average session duration.
