Design 101 @ Datarave

It comes a bit late, but a few weeks ago I had the pleasure to speak at DATARAVE about my experience designing services which improve the way a police force can engage with–and protect the most vulnerable–citizens. Specifically, the talk focused on my experience using data visualisation and qualitative research methods while working with the West Midlands Police.
